Double Time!

Working in computer lab in school basement for way, way too many hours. Break-time: run up to the 5th floor, hitting every other step. Double time! Stop at the top to feel heart moving a LOT LESS SLUGGISHLY. Then run back down to the basement. OK, more sitting!
