Shake a Leg

It is possible that some people have noticed that reading involves a lot of sitting down. It’s important to shake a leg, sometimes.

 

So I did this “Biggest Loser Workout” video yesterday, because hey it’s only 10 minutes!

 

And today I am Charley horse in a full circle around my thighs. So I guess I’ll do it again tomorrow, because it works.
