Brotherhood in Death by J D Robb

Brotherhood in DeathBrotherhood in Death by J D Robb

The guys getting killed turn out to be really bad guys, and that’s good, right?
But not getting killed by the law, so Lt. Eve and her lovely spouse are at odds over this.

The bad guy’s badness is completely believable, sadly. Whichever set of bad guys you’re referring too – the original criminals and the group of victims who are retaliating.

Not going to do ‘the usual checklist’ for Eve Dallas, but its all there.
Supporting characters: Peabody is awesome, Reo is pretty good, cutie Trueheart achieves greatness!
I miss Mavis Freestone and her large spouse. Has the baby knocked them out of the narrative?

Also, is it just me or is the whole series white as white can be? I think there was one Asian person in this book. NY is so much more diverse than that.
